Our Gen 2 SE Center-Cooled M8 +4MM CNC Porting service is engineered for riders chasing maximum airflow and extreme performance from their Milwaukee-Eight. Leveraging advanced 5-axis CNC technology, this service provides a no-compromise upgrade with fully reshaped intake and exhaust ports, specifically designed to support big-inch, high-RPM builds with serious power goals.

This upgrade includes +4MM oversized valves, with options in either stainless steel for aggressive street builds or titanium for race-only applications. We also include custom bronze intake and exhaust seats, new bronze valve guides, and a multi-angle competition valve job for unmatched sealing and flow.

Each set of heads undergoes extensive 5-axis CNC porting and a required 2” exhaust port modification, which is designed to work with a Burns NhB (WtF) exhaust system or a custom 2” header. We can tailor the chamber volume and surface height to match your specific target compression ratio or displacement needs.     • 2” exhaust port modification (required): Mandatory for this setup, designed specifically for use with Burns N.H.B. (WTF) exhausts or custom 2” headers.

    • Re-machining of head gasket surface: Machined for flatness, sealing, and to achieve your target compression ratio and combustion chamber volume.

    • Titanium .640” lift valve spring kit: A high-pressure spring kit engineered to handle the demands of this build.

    • Typically, this service requires you to send in your existing cylinder heads for modification. We may have cores available depending on availability.
