CNC Ported 55mm Manifold

During the development of this manifold, we focused on maximizing the flow between the front and rear cylinders. We discovered that by optimizing each leg of the manifold, even though they are not equal, we were able to substantially increase horsepower output.

To ensure the best results, we utilized a variety of testing methods. Our Superflow 1020 adapter allowed us to attach the manifold directly to the flow bench, while 3D printed radiused inlets were bolted directly to the manifold for testing purposes.

• Average CNC Porting Increase: +22cfm
• CNC Ported Increase from stock plastic: 44cfm/61cfm (front/rear)

• SE 55 Un-ported: 336cfm/348cfm (front/rear)
• SE 55 CNC Ported: 353cfm/358cfm (front/rear)
